If you are currently not a smoker then stay away from E-Cigarettes and (of course) tobacco cigarettes!

No, it will not work with just water. The solution used is primarily made up of either propolyene glycol or vegetable glycerine.
With that said if you are not a smoker then the e-cig is not for you. It is designed to give the smoker an alternative to conventional tobacco cigarettes

Since their cigarettes are 2-piece instead of 3-piece like most e-cigs, they don’t get clogged, which allows them to have the highest “smoke” volume of all E-Cigarettes, so if you just want to look cool in the clubs that would be the best way to go.
