to be very very honestly and frankly what ever you want to consider
i want to inform you that i am a smoker. i used to smoke Benson and Hedges(B&H).
smoking is not good for health, i used to smoke first time when i was 6 years old, i steal that cigarette and smoke alone but now i am a chain smoker, i can not live with out it.
please as a brother or what ever you want i will strongly suggest you that do not try to do this ever, i was healthy and happy before smoking but after that i am not feeling fresh and even healthy, i lost 20 KG in just few month, which sounds good but it is bad because i am have a breathing problem.
Please please please do not smoke

I assume that your sister is already a tobacco smoker otherwise she should not consider E-Cigarettes.
E-Cigarettes do not give off smoke nor do they smell/have an odor.
I personally think that people should not smoke electronic cigarettes indoors simply because smoking indoors usually increases the frequency of smoking. Even ecigs contain nicotine which is addictive.

Smoke – no. Odor – vanilla, strawnerry, whatever
It is NOT smoke, but misty vapor. I personally think they do have a slight smell, but it is NOTHING like actual cigs. Some of the Flavors even have a very pleasant smell, since you are vaporizing a liquid that is mostly water with food flavoring (literally, a lot of the flavor mixes use candy flavoring like the stuff you put in hard candy), there isnt a nasty stinky smell.
I personally dont think there is a problem with using the ecig indoors minus the tendancy to smoke more that was already mentioned. The ecig does not contain the carcinogens and other chemicals in real cigs, they dont produce the yellow build up you see from real cigs.
Ultimately, smoking inside though comes down to who owns the house or the terms of the lease, and whatever compromise you can come up with.
