From now on, any cigarette sold in the state must meet so-called “fire Safe” standards, which will stop cigarettes from burning and hopefully prevent fires. Safety officials are all happy about it, but not all smokers are on board.

Smokers: “We don’t like fire-Safe cigarettes”
St. Petersburg, Florida – Starting January 1 st , manufacturers are required to sell fire-Safe cigarettes in Florida. But many smokers don’t like the cigarettes, which burn out when left unattended.

I am not a smoker, and I don’t intend to smoke. I tried a cigar once and I thought the taste was awful, but I like the theatrical “smoke” effect that the electronic cigarettes give off.
I have read that it is possible to buy 0mg nicotine cartridges, and different Flavors of it. I was wondering if there were some Flavors that did not taste anything like tobacco, because unlike common smokers, I do not like the taste.
If I could get an empty Cartridge and just fill it with water, would that work?
